base is Olive. Traditional is olives
and capers. Sandy has developed unique flavours using artichoke, figs and peppers
with Black or Green olives.
For barbecue, as a salad dressing, topping for
bruschetta, pizza, added as a sauce for pasta or eggs for breakfast. Very
versatile is the answer to what do we use it for. Added while cooking or
served cold as a dip. We always interested in how our customers like it.
