Olive Tapenades
2006 Best Gourmet Award Winner
Tapenades are an old European specialty food whose
base is Olive. Traditional is olives
and capers. Sandy has developed unique flavours using artichoke, figs and
peppers with Black or Green olives.
For barbecue, as a salad dressing, topping for
bruschetta, pizza, added as a sauce for pasta or eggs for breakfast. Very
versatile is the answer to what do we use it for. Added while cooking or
served cold as a dip. We always interested in how our customers like it.
